		<description>I heard somewhere that if you tell the cops you have Hemophilia they have to take you to the hospital or have a medical professional withdraw blood, which takes much more time &amp; gives you more time to have the alcohol leave your system. Therefore, I heard most times they don&#039;t even bother with it. Think that would work?</description>
