Gregorio Encinas of Dallas was killed in a motorcycle accident at State Highway 199 and Lands of Goshen Road, in Parker County, Texas. Mr. Encinas was running away from police officers and was killed when he lost control of his motorcyle. The accident is being investigated by Texas DPS. Encinas was thrown off his motorcycle and hit a mailbox and pole. He was driving a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle and lost control at a curve while speeding.
